The project involves the construction of a hydroambulance equipped forneonatal emergency, pediatric and adult patients who take service on the rivers of the Democratic Republic of Congo
Reach by land the patients is long and difficult especially during rainy periods when the few roads become rivers of mud. Over there, the rain forests in Africa, the main highways are rivers. The Congo River, second in the world for water flow, crosses the country for 4,000 km, of which the most navigable. The many tributaries are great rivers from the impressive flow of water that pass through dense rainforests, rich villages living thanks to the rivers.

The rivers are therefore the main road and the pirogues currently used, slow and dangerous because of the presence of hippos, true masters of the river, are the only hope to reach hospitals and dispensaries.
